It is the doubt the demon sowed that does the most harm, I think. If we believe in one another, the demon has no sway against us.

As long as somebody remains impartial to the accusations, this will not happen again.

You've got a point there, big shoots. I don't appreciate being framed, but I don't hold it against Monika. Wasn't her fault, from the sound of it.

[She's still deciding where she lands on that, but also, there's no point in dwelling.]

I'm all for working together. One of those recordings has folks worried we're bound to turn on each other down the road, given that's what happened according to the tape. I'd like to avoid that.

That is my feeling on the matter as well. We are allies in this place, it will do us no good to turn against each other. [ he sighs ] I understand, it is far easier said than done but... it is an idea.

For instance, the party. The better we know each other the less the demons have to use against us.

Getting to know each other might help us during trials, too. It's tough to say how much the demon can know about us while they're, uh, in our heads, but we've got to be able to spot one of us acting off if we keep up the parties and such.

Yes, exactly! As long as someone is aware that something is not quite right while the demons are present among us, the less harm will come to the others. [ he pauses mid thought before frowning slightly ]

Though, I would say I am unsure how well would work given how much control they have over said persons.

Mm, can confirm. I think it played a convincing enough Monika this week, though it's not as if I'd spoken to her before today.

[Which made all of this pretty bewildering, to say the least.]
